Any order received before 3pm M-F will ship out the same day.  Shipping is 3-5 days USPS priority mail.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.

 We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@civtacsystems.com and our support team will take care of you. 

 Yes.  We guarantee our products for 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of material and/or workmanship defects.  No packaging or receipt required to receive a replacement unit.  A replacement Retention X holster will be sent out once the defective unit has been received and approved for replacement.  Abuse of the product or any abnormal ware or damage will not be covered under the warranty policy.
